Sewer Scope Advisory For Warranty Inspections
It’s a good idea to add a Sewer Scope Inspection to your Warranty Inspection. Know the condition of your home’s sewer lines before your warranty ends. Most drain deficiencies for a new construction are obstructions such as construction debris, drywall, compound, wood, and trash. Offsets such as improper adhesive, careless backfilling, heavy equipment damage, and slopes & bellies such as improper installation, warping. The signs that you will notice if you have these deficiencies are sewer backup and slow drain. However, it may take years for that to occur. Thus, leaving you to pay for the builder’s mishap. For peace of mind! Know what’s below before warranty ends.
